Publishing Services - Standard Pricing Matrix

Accurance has standard pricing for our Publisher partners that do less than 800 ‘jobs’ per year.

For the purposes of the the Standard Pricing matrix, one job would be (for example):

• Creation of one Book Cover (front, back and spine)
• Manuscript Interior Format
• Mechanical Editing (less than 25,000 words. Over 25,000 words = 2 jobs)
• Data Entry (convert hard copy to digital copy. Same word counts as mech editing)

Publisher partners that likely have more than 800 jobs per year are on a custom-quotation basis, as there are almost always variables involved at that size that make standard pricing implausible.

We are providing here a download for you to study our pricing. This Pricing Matrix is in fact very specific. However it is nearly always discussed with one of our managers, as it is not the simplest spreadsheet in the world.

However, as a leader in your organization, we know you have to always be doing number-crunching, often before you take even the first steps, so we are offering this Pricing Matrix with that in mind.

99% of our Publisher partners work with us as a ‘silent subcontractor’. For that reason, we would direct you to concentrate on the bottom section (which is blue). The other two sections are retail prices and that 1% of professionals that refer individual authors to us en mass.

Lastly, this Pricing Matrix is set up in tiers of volume ranges. These volume ranges define the number of jobs per quarter. Pricing is based on the previous quarter’s volume of jobs.
